Obama, The IRS & The 5th Amendment

Many people are comparing Barack Hussein Obama to Richard Millhous Nixon and that is horribly sad.  President Obama isn’t worthy of carrying Richard Nixon’s jock.  Nixon was a serious sociopath with no fear of anything.  Nixon would go further than anyone dared, he would crush you like he would crush a valium or two, then consume you completely, just like he would snort the valium off of his desk in the Oval Office.  Barack Obama, if that is his real name, is a narcissistic Chicago thug, lacking in the ability to absorb the reality of his situation, drunk on power and drowning in the belief of all things the lapdog media writes about him.  Nixon would eviscerate his opponents, Obama merely has them locked up or killed, he has no imagination, just thuggish instinct.  The spying on the Associated Press and Fox News is just a tip of the iceberg when it comes to thuggish behavior by Obama.  Do not kid yourself, there are other press agencies being suppressed.  The gun running and extraordinary rendition (torture) being run out of the CIA complex in Benghazi Libya is a classic Hillary Clinton operation, something Obama might approve of but could never put together on his own.  President Obama lacks the subtle nuance to coordinate any such effort and his ego would never allow such a scheme to be passed up, as he believes he is above the law.  But, the classic Obama thuggery is on full display in the IRS scandal, having the Internal Revenue System go after his enemies in the movement to return America to a Constitutional Republic.  Attempting to crush his enemies, by using lower level thugs is the type of Mafioso move America has come to expect from Barry Millhous Obama.

Making threats is an Obama staple.  After all, Barack has threatened the media before.  As far back at 2008 B. Hussein Obama was threatening the media over commercials they were running.  The media was even threatened over publishing stories about the birth certificate of young Barry or whatever his name is.  Despite his thuggish talk and demeaning attitude, the Marxist base of the Democrat party was not pleased with President Obama, instead they pushed for him to take action against those who seek to restore a Constitutional America.  In September of 2011, Jimmy Hoffa Jr, Teamster boss and communist tool threatened to take out the Tea Party…Rather than condemn these threats of violence, President Obama chose to applaud and approve of this direct threat to the lives and safety of Americans.  For Obama to say he was unaware of the IRS targeting Tea Party, Conservative and Religious groups is a blatant lie.  Allegations from these groups have been in the media for two years, with attorney letters even being sent to the government.  Obama is either a liar or an idiot, there is no middle ground.  He is the CEO of the government and like any corrupt or moronic CEO, it is you who takes the fall if your subordinates run wild. 

We the people do not have to tolerate this tyranny, not from a Democrat controlled government, a Republican controlled government or any combination thereof.  It is our destiny to live free.  Liberty is a natural right, a God given right; it does not come to us from the government or the Constitution.  The Constitution is the tool that stands between we the people and the tyranny of the government, it is our sword of destiny, to be used to slay a tyrannical government.  It is time for “We the People” to take back our government using the tool of the government officials, the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

The IRS states that taxpayers cannot file a Fifth Amendment tax return as it constitutes filing a frivolous tax return.  However, the Supreme Court has ruled that exercising your Fifth Amendment rights is not grounds for the IRS to prosecute you for filing a frivolous return.  We can overwhelm the system and starve it by simply filing Fifth Amendment tax returns.  They would be overwhelmed as they wouldn’t computer feed, would have to be manually handled, letters sent out, calls and follow up done, with no money coming in, the government still rolling along and because of the crushing workload from twenty or thirty million Americans doing this, the ability to finish the Obamacare roll out would be stymied.  They cannot take us all to court, lock us up or do anything other than huff and puff, pulling their hair out.  We can use Cloward and Piven just like the communist, Godless left does.  We can cut the legs out from under the federal leviathan.  But, we must hang together or we shall surely hang separately, as a great man once said.
